LONDON -(Dow Jones)- Kazakhmys PLC (KAZ.LN), Kazakhstan's biggest copper miner, has no operations in Iran and no plans to invest in the country, the company's head of communications said Thursday.
"We have no intentions to invest there," John Smelt told Dow Jones Newswires.
Smelt was responding to a report from Iranian state-run PressTV saying Kazakhmys plans to expand its activities in Iran after a delegation visited the country.
