Kay Properties and Investments, LLC has successfully completed the equity raise of another DST 1031 exchange property in Fayetteville, GA. The property is 100% occupied by The William Carter Company (Carter’s) (NYSE:CRI). The property serves as a data and technology center for Carter’s and was acquired on an all cash/debt free basis.

The property was made available exclusively to accredited clients of Kay Properties and Investments, LLC seeking to complete a 1031 exchange as well as those wanting to make direct cash investments.
