Richard V. Souders has been appointed to serve as President & CEO for
the workforce management technology company.
Successful consolidations and infrastructure changes at Kaba have led to
significant gains over the past year, increasing momentum for the global
company throughout the Kaba Group. North American Kaba Workforce
Solutions, the global provider of enterprise workforce management
technologies, realized increased net sales and revenue during the past
year and has aligned its infrastructure to accommodate additional growth.
Mr. Souders brings to Kaba Workforce Solutions over twenty years of
executive leadership experience with high-growth publicly held
corporations and privately funded companies. Mr. Souders’
background includes domestic and international, multiple industry
expertise, as well as a history of achieving sustainable sales and
profit-growth, infrastructure building and development, and
establishment of exceptional client and partnership relationships.

Mr. Souders has demonstrated competence with multi-billion dollar,

Most recently, Mr. Souders served as President and CEO for Premier Data
Services, the Denver based software and services company serving the
geographic information systems market. During his tenure, the company
grew from a private company to a publicly held corporation. Prior to
Premier Data Services, Mr. Souder held executive positions with
technology, finance, healthcare and engineering companies.
