NEW YORK (Thomson Financial) - Vascular Solutions Inc. Tuesday said a jury
has awarded the company $4.5 million in a lawsuit against Marine Polymer
Technologies for product disparagement.
The jury ruled that Marine Polymer had made false comments about Vascular's
D-Stat Dry hemostat product and rejected all of Marine Polymer's counterclaims.
Shares of Vascular, a Minneapolis-based medical device company, closed
Monday at $6.30.
