LONDON (Thomson Financial) - Jourdan Plc. said Chairman John Abell purchased
10,000 shares at 210 pence each and now holds 911,500 shares in the company,
representing 26.81 percent of its issued share capital.
On May 14, Jourdan said its Suncrest unit has sold its fireplace suites,
mantelpieces and electric fires manufacturing business, to a subsidiary of CJ
Group Ltd. for about 100,000 pounds.
