Jardine Lloyd Thompson Group plc (the "Company" or "JLT")

Further to the announcement yesterday by Lloyd's that Bruce Carnegie-Brown will become Chairman of Lloyd's in June 2017, subject to formal approval by the Prudential Regulation Authority and the Financial Conduct Authority, JLT confirms that Bruce will step down from his role as a Non-Executive Director of the Company on 28 June 2017.

Geoffrey Howe, Chairman, said:

"We are very sorry to lose Bruce as a member of our Board, but wish him every success in his new role and have no doubt that he will prove to be an excellent appointment."
