Jardine Lloyd Thompson Group plc (the "Company") was notified on 13 May 2016 that, on 12 May 2016, the Trustees of the Company's All Employee Share Plan ("the Plan") allocated shares of GBP0.05 each in the Company ("Shares") to each of the following Directors of the Company/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities in the Company ("PDMRs") as set out below:

The Trustees have purchased a total of 8,071 JLT Shares by way of market purchase at 865p per Share on the same date on behalf of directors and employees of companies in the Jardine Lloyd Thompson Group, including certain UK subsidiary companies. This includes the Shares allocated to the aforementioned individuals.
