The Company was notified on 4 May 2016 that, on 4 May 2016, the following person discharging managerial responsibility ("PDMR") exercised options over Ordinary Shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Shares") under the Company's Performance Share Plan at an option price of nil pence per Share and sold all of the resulting Shares at the price shown below.
