NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTION BY A DIRECTOR/PERSON DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY

The Company was notified on 30 March 2015 that the following persons discharging managerial responsibility ("PDMR") exercised options over Ordinary Shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Shares") under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan, Deferred Bonus Share Plan and Performance Share Plan at an option price of nil pence per Share and sold a number of the resulting Shares at the price shown below.
