NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTION BY A DIRECTOR/PERSON DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY

The Company was notified today that, on 17 March 2015, the following person discharging managerial responsibility ("PDMR") exercised options over 44,200 Ordinary Shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Shares") under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan at an option price of nil pence per Share and sold a number of the resulting Shares at the price shown below. The options are over existing Shares in issue held by the Jardine Lloyd Thompson Group plc Employee Share Trust.
