Jardine Lloyd Thompson Group plc ('JLT') announces that it has been advised that on 12(th) January 2015 the Trustees of the JLT All Employee Share Plan ("the Plan") allocated shares to each of the following Directors of JLT/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMR') as set out below:

This includes the shares allocated to the aforementioned individuals.
