        NEW YORK (AP) -     JPMorgan Chase & Co. says it will now buy Bear Stearns
Cos. for about $10 per share.
    The amended sale price is about five times larger than the initial agreement
when JPMorgan said it would buy the beleaguered investment bank for about $2 per
share.
