JPMorgan Chase & Co. (NYSE:JPM) declared dividends on the
outstanding shares of the following preferred stock issues:
- Fixed-to-Floating Rate Non-Cumulative
Preferred Stock, Series I in the amount of $395.00 per share (which
is equivalent to $39.50 per related Depositary Share). The dividend
is payable October 30, 2014, to stockholders of record at the close
of business on September 30, 2014.
- Fixed-to-Floating Rate Non-Cumulative
Preferred Stock, Series Q in the amount of $257.50 per share (which
is equivalent to $25.75 per related Depositary Share). The dividend
is payable November 1, 2014, to stockholders of record at the close
of business on October 2, 2014.
- Fixed-to-Floating Rate Non-Cumulative
Preferred Stock, Series U in the amount of $391.3194444 per share
(which is equivalent to $39.1319444 per related Depositary Share).
The dividend is payable October 30, 2014, to stockholders of record
at the close of business on September 30, 2014.
The dividend payment for the Fixed-to-Floating Rate
Non-Cumulative Preferred Stock, Series Q is Saturday November 1,
2014, and the dividend will be paid on November 3, 2014.
