Authority, Johnson Matthey Plc (the "Company") announces that Mr Alan Ferguson,
a non-executive director of the Company, its senior independent director and
chairman of the audit committee, is a non-executive director of Marshall Motor
Holdings plc, a company which has been admitted to the AIM market of the London
Stock Exchange today.
