LONDON (Thomson Financial) - JKX Oil & Gas Plc. said finance director Bruce
Burrows sold 40,000 shares in the company at 503.605 pence each, cutting his
holding to 209,396 shares or about 0.1339 percent of the total share capital of
the company.
