IncaGold Plc (the "Company")
Issue of Equity
The Board announces that it has today made application for 71,830,615 new
ordinary shares of 0.001p per share to be admitted to AIM. It is expected that
dealings will commence on 14 July 2009.
The shares have been allotted to Fox Capital Limited following the conversion of
a loan to the Company as announced on 30 June 2009. Following the allotment of
these shares Fox Capital will be interested in 360,319,890 ordinary shares in
the Company representing 80.2 per cent. of the enlarged issued share capital.
