Application has been made for 68,250 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the 
capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to AIM, pursuant to 
the exercise of options granted under the Company's share options scheme. 
Admission is expected to occur on 11 May 2009. Following admission, the enlarged
