NBA QUANTUM PLC (the "Company")
Issue of Equity
NBA Quantum plc announces that at a board meeting held on 18 February 2009, it
allotted 284,091 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company at a price of 22p
per share equating to GBP62,500. The shares have been allotted in order to
satisfy deferred consideration payments in respect of the acquisition of Taylor
Rumford Consulting Limited in February 2006. Application will be made at the
earliest practicable opportunity for admission of the new ordinary shares to
trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange.
The enlarged issued share capital of the Company now consists
of 7,329,372 ordinary shares of 10p each. The Company does not hold any Ordinary
Shares in Treasury.
