Issue of Equity
The Board of Access Intelligence announces that on 1st December 2008 Ray Jackson, Non executive Director signed a subscription agreement
whereby he will subscribe for 3,636,364 new ordinary shares at 2.75p per share.
The new shares will be admitted to trading on AIM on 12 December 2008.
Following this transaction, Ray Jackson will be interested in 3,636,364 new ordinary shares, representing 2.28% of the enlarged share
capital.
Ray will also have an interest in 3,381,319 options over ordinary shares exercisable at 3.00p.
