Netb2b2 plc (AIM:NEB) announces that, on Friday, 14 November 2008, the Company has made an ex gratia allotment of 50,000 ordinary shares
of £0.10 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to a former employee.
Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange plc for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and it is
anticipated that admission will become effective and that dealings will commence on 21 November 2008.
