Issue of Equity
The board of directors of Edge Performance VCT plc announces that at a board
meeting held on 8 August 2008, 867,699 D shares of 10 pence each in the Company
("D Shares") were issued and allotted to subscribers. The D Shares were allotted
to 39 subscribers at a price of 100 pence per D Share; and were allotted under
the 2008/09 Offer for Subscription.
Application for the new shares to be admitted to the Official List of the UK
Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's market for
listed securities will be made at the earliest practical opportunity.
Following this allotment, the issued share capital of the Company is 6,400,640
Ordinary Shares, 13,328,599 C Shares and 19,178,838 D Shares.
