Admission of shares
Application has been made for the admission of 1,577,333,333 EiRx ordinary shares of
0.001p with admission expected to take place on 4
July 2008.
The shares have been issued in satisfaction of amounts owed to EiRx Pharma Limited, a
shareholder in the Company, as announced on 23 May
2008
Upon admission of the new shares, EiRx Pharma Ltd will hold 2,245,083,333 ordinary shares
in the Company, representing 26.25% of the
8,553,076,093 ordinary shares in issue.
