Issue of Equity
The Directors of TP70 2008 (I) VCT plc are pleased to announce that the Company
has applied for the eleventh and final allotment of 414,131 Ordinary Shares
allotted on 30 April 2008 pursuant to the offer for subscription dated 14
December 2007, being 414,131 Ordinary Shares of 1p each at a price of #1 per
share to be admitted to the Official List.
As a consequence of the eleventh and final allotment, a total of 23,099,896
Ordinary Shares have now been issued under the offer.
Dealing of the shares is expected to commence on 16 May 2008.
