Issue of Equity
The Directors of TP70 2008 (I) VCT plc are pleased to announce that the Company
has applied for the tenth allotment of 610,000 Ordinary Shares allotted on 23
April 2008 pursuant to the offer for subscription dated 14 December 2007, being
610,000 Ordinary Shares of 1p each at a price of #1 per share to be admitted to
the Official List.
As a consequence of the tenth allotment, a total of 22,685,765 Ordinary Shares
have now been issued under the offer.
Dealing of the shares is expected to commence on 16 May 2008.
