Issue of Shares
The Company announces that it has allotted 421,428 Ordinary shares at 1.05 pence
per share to Mr Nigel Wray, a former director, in satisfaction of unpaid
non-executive director fees accrued to the date of his resignation on 11 April
2007.
Application has been made for the new ordinary shares to be admitted to AIM. The
shares are expected to start trading on 8 May 2008, bringing the issued share
capital of the Company to 318,127,960.
