Admission to Official List and Commencement of Unconditional Dealings
The Board of Babcock & Brown Public Partnerships Limited ("BBPP"), the global
public infrastructure fund, is pleased to announce that its C Shares have been
admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the
London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities. Unconditional
dealings in BBPP's C Shares will commence at 8.00am today. BBPP's C Shares will
trade under the ticker symbol BBPC.L.
BBPP successfully completed a Placing and Offer for Subscription of 84 million C
Shares.
