NBA QUANTUM PLC (the "Company")
Issue of Equity
NBA Quantum plc announces that at a board meeting held on 7 April 2008, it
allotted 300,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company at a price of 22p
per share. The total consideration is £66,000. Application will be made at the
earliest practicable opportunity for admission of the new ordinary shares to
trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange.
The enlarged issued share capital of the Company now consists of 7,045,281
ordinary shares of 10p each.
