Burren announces that it has issued and allotted 29,327 new ordinary shares of
20 pence each in the Company as a result of the exercise of options held under
the Burren share schemes by Burren employees.



Following the issue of the new shares, there are 144,095,115 ordinary shares of
20 pence each in issue, with each share carrying the right to one vote.
