                                Issue of Equity


LED International has entered into a subscription agreement with Li QiQin  (the
"Subscriber") pursuant to which the Company has agreed to issue and allot
4,746,852 ordinary shares of HK$0.10 each to the Subscriber at 3p per Share for
a total consideration of £94,937.


Application has been made for the new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading
on AIM and trading of the new ordinary shares on AIM is expected to commence on
4 February 2008.

The total number of ordinary shares in issue as at 4 February 2008 is
148,460,420.
