Eagle Eye Telematics plc ("Eagle Eye" or the "Company"), the provider of
integrated telematics technologies, solutions and consulting services to the
fleet and risk management markets, announces that, pursuant to an unapproved
share option agreement entered into between the Company and Belgravia Homes
Limited ("Belgravia"), a company controlled by Melvin Lawson, it has received a
notice of exercise in relation to 16,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the
share capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an exercise price of 1.75p
per share.
The Company accordingly proposes to issue 16,000,000 new Ordinary Shares to
Belgravia. Application has been made for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted
to trading on AIM. Dealings are expected to commence on 13 December 2007.
Following the issue of the new Ordinary Shares, Melvin Lawson will be directly
or indirectly interested in 60,000,000 Ordinary Shares representing 29.80 per
cent. of the enlarged issued share capital of the Company. The number of
Ordinary Shares in issue will be 201,367,111.
