                 Dimension Resources Limited (or "the Company")

                              Issue of New Shares

Dimension Resources Limited ("the Company") announces that it has applied for
admission to trading on AIM for 64,500,000 new shares. These shares have been
issued by the Company for cash at 0.25p per share to raise #161,250 before
expenses. This cash will assist the Company in seeking and evaluating possible
acquisitions and projects. Trading in the new shares is expected to commence on
16 July 2007.

On 1 June 2007 the Company announced that it had agreed to place new shares for
cash at 0.25p per share to raise #250,000. In view of the delay in receiving the
proceeds and the increase in the Company's share price, the directors decided to
reduce the number of new shares being issued to that shown above.

Following the admission of these shares, the Company will have  261,542,498
ordinary shares of 0.1p in issue.
