Issue of Equity
The Company announces that it has today issued 50,000 new Ordinary Shares of 5p
each ("Ordinary Shares") in connection with the exercise of Series 2 Warrants.
Application has been made today for the 50,000 new Ordinary Shares to be
admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission") and dealings are expected to commence
on 9 May 2007.
As a result of the issue of the new Ordinary Shares, the issued share capital
now comprises 52,499,800 Ordinary Shares.
The total number of voting rights as at 3 May 2007 is 52,499,800. There are no
shares in treasury and there is no other class of share in issue which has
voting rights. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for
the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify
their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company, under the FSA's
Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
