Issue of Shares
Directors' Interests
As set out in the circular to shareholders dated 19 December 2008 (the "Circular"), the Company today has issued 24,174 ordinary shares
in aggregate to David MacDonald, Chairman, Brian Ennis, the Company's Chief Executive, and Terry Fossey, the Company's Technical Director.
Application had been made for these shares to be admitted to trading on AIM, and admission is expected to become effective on 6 January
2009.
Following this issue, the number of ordinary shares in issue to a number is exactly divisible by 25,000 in preparation for the proposed
share capital reorganisation, as set out in the Circular.
The shares were issued in the following proportions and the resultant directors' interests are as set out below:
