Investment in Fulcrum Pharma plc
World Life Sciences is pleased to announce a further investment in Fulcrum
Pharma plc, the AIM quoted company that offers global virtual drug development
and strategic outsourcing services to the pharma industry. World Life Sciences
has acquired 600,000 ordinary shares in Fulcrum Pharma plc, and now holds a
total of 5,960,000 ordinary shares representing 10.07% of the issued share
capital. The acquisitions were undertaken as follows: 16 January 2001 market purchase of 150,000 ordinary shares at 16.5 pence
each 17 January 2001 market purchase of 150,000 ordinary shares at 18 pence
each 19 January 2001 market purchase of 300,000 ordinary shares at 21 pence
