LONDON (Thomson Financial) - Investika Ltd said chief executive Chrisilios
Kyriakou bought a total of 5,000 shares in the company for A$13,114.40. Kyriakou
now holds 4.6 million shares in the company.
Kyriakou bought the shares in three tranches: 1,440 shares on March 31 for
A$3,854, 1,500 shares on April 1 for A$3,900, and 2,060 shares on April 2 for
$5,360.40.
On April 2, the financial services company said it has issued a further
21,834 new shares to increase its interest in Tarquin Resources Plc. by 0.8
percent to 88.3 percent.
