RENO, Nev., July 8 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- International Game Technology (NYSE:IGT) announced today that its wholly owned subsidiary, IGT, has completed the previously announced purchase of substantially all of the assets of Cyberview Technology, Inc. The acquisition was approved by Cyberview's shareholder on July 4.
In addition, IGT said that it has executed the also previously announced license agreement with Cyberview. That agreement provides IGT access to certain Cyberview patents and technology not included in the asset purchase.
