NEW YORK (Thomson Financial) - Inter Parfums Inc. Monday said it was in an
exclusive global pact with Bebe Stores Inc. where it will design, manufacture
and supply fragrance and color cosmetics for Bebe stores in the United States
and Canada.
The contract has a life of six years. Financial terms weren't disclosed.
Shares of Inter Parfums closed Thursday at $14.13 while Bebe shares closed
at $9.40. Bebe shares are down 43% over the past 52 weeks.
