ANKARA, Aug 28 (Reuters) - The Inteltek venture of Greece's Intralot
and Turkish mobile phone operator Turkcell made the best
bid in the second and final round of a tender to operate the Turkish sports
betting company Iddaa, the tender commission chairman said on Thursday.
He said in the televised tender that the Inteltek venture, current operator
of Iddaa, had made an offer to take 1.4 percent of revenues under the
revenue-sharing scheme, the lowest of three offers.
A consortium of Turkey's Dogan Yayin Holding , Italy's Lottomatica
and Snai had made the best bid of 6.1 percent in the first
round. Britain's Ladbrokes is also taking part in the tender in a
venture with Turkey's Lotos.
