SANTA CLARA, California (Thomson Financial) - RadiSys Corp said it is buying
parts of the modular communications platforms business owned by Intel Corp for
an initial 25 mln usd plus 6.75 mln usd for inventory and other considerations.
RadiSys said it expects the purchase, which will likely close in September,
to add 50 mln usd to yearly revenues once the operations are integrated.
