Indian Rupee Rises To More Than 5-week High Against U.S. Dollar

The Indian rupee strengthened against the U.S. dollar in the
morning deals on Monday.
Against the greenback, the rupee rose to more than a 5-week high
of 63.4450 from an early low of 63.5950. At Friday's close, the
rupee was trading at 63.5290 against the greenback.
If the rupee extends its uptrend, it is likely to find
resistance around the 62.00 area.
