Indian Rupee Declines To 6-day Low Against U.S. Dollar

The Indian rupee fell against the U.S. dollar in evening deals
on Monday, as the latter strengthened on growing expectations for a
Fed rate hike by the end of the year.
Regional stocks also ended the session lower, with benchmark
index S&P BSE Sensex falling 43.19 points or 0.15 percent at
28,420.12, while the broader CNX Nifty index slid 6.40 points or
0.07 percent to close at 8,603.45.
The rupee slipped to a 6-day low of 63.675 against the
greenback, compared to 63.463 hit at Friday's close. The rupee is
likely to find support around the 64.00 mark.
