LONDON (Thomson Financial) - IncaGold Plc. said 66.8 million shares in the
company had been transferred to Fox Capital Ltd. - jointly owned by IncaGold
chairman Roy Tilleard and director Justin Martin - as final settlement of a
claim brought by Tilleard against chief executive Richard Holmes and his company
Ataraxia Investments Ltd.
The entertainment software publisher said Fox Capital now owns 288.5 million
shares in the company, representing 76.44 percent of the issued share capital.
