LONDON (Thomson Financial) - IS Solutions Plc. said its first-half pretax
profit rose 4.4 percent to 189,000 pounds, and said it witnessed robust demand
for its services despite the continued uncertainty in the financial markets.
"Although this demand has been offset to some extent by lower product sales,
the board believes the forecasts for the full year should be achievable," the
company said.
For the six months to end-June, the website developer said its turnover
dipped to 3.64 million pounds from 3.88 million pounds.
