LONDON (Thomson Financial) - IPSA Group Plc. said it has signed a 15.5
million pounds loan facility agreement with the Standard Bank Plc.
About 12.7 million pounds of this loan has been used to complete the
payments due to TurboCare SpA, a unit of Siemens Power Generation, for four Fiat
Avio 501 D gas turbines, originally announced on March 9, 2007.
The remaining balance of the loan will be used for working capital purposes,
the group added.
