About the Lawsuit
Accretive Health and certain of its senior executives are charged with
issuing a series of materially false and misleading statements, during
the Class Period, in violation of federal securities laws.
April 25, 2012, shares of Accretive Health declined over 40%, or $7.63
per share, to close at $10.86 per share. That day, the Minnesota
Attorney General released a report which demonstrated that Accretive
Health used illegal and overly aggressive collection methods to obtain
hospital payments from patients.
