LONDON (Thomson Financial) - IFR Capital Plc. said the High Court has
rejected ACP Capital Ltd. and ACP Mezzanine Ltd.'s applications for summary
judgement and interim relief relating to their claim to flex the margin on a
part of IFR Capital's debt.
The company said the court has set a trial date for July.
On April 30, IFR said ACP Capital and ACP Mezzanine made a High Court filing
relating to ACP's wish to vary the interest rate on a small part of IFR's
