LONDON (Thomson Financial) - ICB Financial Group Holdings AG. said director
Josephine Sivaretna has taken an indirect stake of 13.1 percent or 23.5 million
shares in the company through Penhelligan Investments Limited at an average
price of 1 pound per share.
The Switzerland-based banking group said former Malaysian finance minister
Tun Daim Zainuddin has reduced his shareholding to 71.3 pct or 128.3 million of
the company's shares after selling 23.5 million shares at the same price.
ICB said Panhelligan, in which Sivaretnam has a controlling shareholding, is
an indirect substantial shareholder in the company.
