NEW YORK (Thomson Financial) - I-many Inc. Monday announced plans to buy
privately-held Edge Dynamics for an undisclosed amount.
Edge Dynamics provides channel demand management services to the life
sciences sector.
The deal is expected to close in the next several days. I-many said the deal
would add $5 million to its revenue over the next 12 months and add to its 2009
earnings.
Shares of I-many, a contract management software company, closed Friday at
$1.48. The stock is down about 52% since the start of the year.
