International, Inc. (the "Company") (NYSE: HNP; HKEx: 902; SSE:
600011) today announces that the coal-fired generation unit No.2
with 350 MW of Hubei Huaneng Yingcheng Co-generation Co. Ltd.
(which is wholly owned by the Company) has commenced operation
recently.
To date, the Company's controlled generation capacity increases
from 78,272 MW to 78,622 MW and the equity based generation
capacity increases from 70,195 MW to 70,545 MW.
