MORRIS TOWNSHIP, N.J. (AP) - Diversified manufacturer Honeywell
International Inc. said Monday it named Andreas Kramvis as president and chief
executive of its specialty materials unit, effective March 31.
Kramvis succeeds Nance Dicciani, 60, who plans to retire on April 14.
Kramvis, 55, had served as president of the company's environmental and
combustion controls division since 2002. He will be replaced by Joe Puishys, who
currently serves as president of Honeywell building solutions.
Puishys' building solutions role will be filled by Paul Orzeske, vice
president of business projects for the company's automation and control
solutions' security solutions business. Both Puishys, 49, and Orzeske, 46, will
report to Automation and Control Solutions President and CEO Roger Fradin.
Kramvis will report to Chairman and CEO Dave Cote.
Shares of Honeywell International added 25 cents to $54.54 in morning
trading.
